I had to go off and to locate what exactly a color study was. I keep coming back and thinking on it. I wonder if I unconsciously seek these out and it explains my taste in what I choose to photograph.

I think that he was always analytical, which some perceive as comical, even when he meant, by using an extreme, to have people notice and to think about how they think and how they act.
